RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Business Customers Only

All products sold on this website are intended for business and professional use only.

Returns

Returns are not accepted automatically and require prior written approval from GuNiMek AB – sweagro.

Return requests must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days from delivery. Approved returns must be unused, complete and in original condition.

If the return is due to an error caused by GuNiMek AB – sweagro, return shipping costs will be covered by us. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of returned goods and only where a return has been approved in advance.

No refunds are provided for products that have been used, installed or modified.

Warranty and Complaints

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from delivery, applicable to business customers only.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, consumables, incorrect installation, misuse or lack of maintenance.

Visible defects must be reported within 7 working days from delivery. Hidden defects must be reported within 7 working days from discovery.

No Right of Withdrawal

As all sales are made exclusively to business customers, no right of withdrawal or consumer cancellation rights apply.
