Sweagro is a Sweden-based agricultural machinery company rooted in practical engineering. At our core, we are a small mechanical workshop in Ljungsbro, where we design, build, and develop our own agricultural machines.

This is where ideas become prototypes, where steel meets function, and where performance is validated in real working conditions.From this workshop foundation, Sweagro has grown with a clear ambition: to rethink how premium agricultural machinery and spare parts are developed, sold, and supported.

We do not compromise on engineering, materials, or machine performance. Instead, we challenge the traditional value chain by rethinking how products are purchased and owned.Our machinery is developed under our own brand, GUNI. The first machine we introduced was a three-meter mounted cultivator, engineered without shortcuts and built exclusively with top-tier components from leading global manufacturers. Critical parts were sourced from suppliers such as SKF, Arcos, and other established industry leaders, chosen for function, reliability, and long service life—not for marketing purposes.

Our vision is to make premium machinery more accessible by changing the way it is bought. GUNI machines are sold exclusively through our own digital platform, sweagro.com – Machines the Digital Way.

By working directly with the end customer and eliminating traditional intermediaries, we remove layers of cost that do not contribute to the machine itself. This enables a price level that is typically 30–40 percent lower than what is common in a traditional distribution chain, without reducing specification, material choice, or engineering ambition.This direct model is closely connected to how we work digitally.
By combining hands-on mechanical development with digital-first processes, we make high-performance machinery easier to evaluate, easier to purchase, and more transparent to own over time.

Equally important is our approach to spare parts. Our vision is to remove complexity from identifying the right component. We continuously develop structured data and digital tools that help customers quickly and confidently find the correct part. Making the right part easy to find is a core competitive advantage and a fundamental part of how we create long-term value.
