Welcome to Sweagro! We aim to make business simple, secure, and transparent. This document constitutes the complete legally binding contract applicable to all sales of spare parts, wear parts, and the rental or sale of agricultural machinery.

Summary of Terms for Spare Parts
These general terms apply to all spare parts purchases from Sweagro (GUNIMEK AB). Orders become binding upon written confirmation from Sweagro.
Product descriptions, weights, dimensions, images, and technical data are approximate and may change due to technical improvements. Minor deviations that do not affect intended function do not constitute defects.
Prices are in SEK, EUR, or NOK excluding VAT. Shipping, customs, packaging, and fees are shown before checkout. Payment is due according to invoice. Late payments incur statutory interest, 180 SEK reminder fee, and may be sent to debt collection.
Sweagro arranges delivery to the customer’s specified address. Risk transfers to customer upon handover to carrier or unloading. Sweagro is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, transport issues, etc.).
Returns require prior written approval from Sweagro. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. If Sweagro is at fault, we cover return shipping; otherwise, the customer covers full actual return costs.
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from incorrect installation, handling or normal wear is excluded. Visible defects must be reported within 7 working days of delivery; hidden defects within 7 days of discovery.
Sweagro’s total liability is limited to the product’s purchase price. No liability for indirect or consequential losses applies.
Goods remain Sweagro property until full payment has been received. Unpaid invoices may be sent directly to debt collection.
Customer is responsible for complying with local export regulations. Sweagro does not supply products to to any sanctioned countries.
Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled by Linköping District Court, Sweden.

Quick Summary: Machinery Rentals & Sales
These terms apply to all machinery rentals and sales conducted by Sweagro (GUNIMEK AB). Orders are binding when confirmed by Sweagro.
Machines may only be used for their intended agricultural purposes by qualified personnel. The customer is responsible for daily inspections, maintenance, and proper care throughout the rental period.
Machines are delivered in folded transport position. Customer is responsible for setup on arrival and returning the machine in folded transport position. Customer must have equipment (e.g., wheel loader with long forks) capable of lifting 1800 kg during both delivery and return. Returned machines must be fully cleaned, free of soil, plant material and debris.
The rental period is defined in the quotation and fully prepaid, including round-trip transportation. Rental charges are calculated per total period/season unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer must be available and reachable by phone, email or agreed contact method during delivery, return, and after the rental period to decide on purchase option. If the customer does not respond within 10 calendar days after the rental period ends, this shall be deemed acceptance to purchase. Sweagro will then invoice the remaining purchase price, deducting prepaid rental and return freight.
Upon return, the customer is responsible for restoring the machine to transport position and loading for return using appropriate lifting equipment. Cleaning, repairs, and spare parts for abnormal wear are invoiced separately.
If, despite invoicing and collection efforts, the customer fails to pay for the machine, is unreachable, or deliberately avoids contact (“goes underground”), Sweagro reserves the right to recover the machine at the customer’s expense. Recovery will be carried out by crane truck due to the nature of the equipment. The full cost of recovery, including crane transport and associated fees (normally SEK 1,500–2,000 per hour plus VAT), will be invoiced to the customer. The machine will be returned to Sweagro’s facility in Ljungsbro, Sweden.
Payment according to invoice. Late payments result in statutory interest, reminder fees, and possible collection measures.
Customer is fully liable for damage exceeding normal wear, and for loss or theft of the equipment. Repairs may only be performed with Sweagro’s written approval and using original parts.
Machines remain Sweagro’s property during rental and until full purchase payment has been made.
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be handled by Linköping District Court, Sweden.
