Summary of Terms for Spare Parts
- Orders and Payment
Orders become binding upon written confirmation. Payment is made according to invoice. In case of late payment, statutory interest, reminder fees, and possible collection measures will apply.
- Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery is made to the customer’s specified address. The risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier or upon unloading.
- Returns and Return Shipping
Returns require prior written approval and must be made within 10 days of delivery. If the error is caused by Sweagro, we cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.

- Warranty and Claims
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Faults caused by incorrect installation, handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered. Visible defects must be reported within 7 working days after delivery; hidden defects within 7 days of discovery.
- Product Information
Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are indicative. Minor deviations that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
